its damn frustrating when you send an sms asking them a question which needs an answer. waited till the next day yet no reply came. It is only when you call and they finally bloody bother telling you their answer. typical excuse for not replying, "oh sorry i've forgotten all about it." thats when you would flare up as when a few messages were being sent to them, asking. Will it take up a large amount of your time replying a simple question? And if things doesnt work out, they would start pointing fingers and in the end you get blamed.
